AI deepfakes, using chatbot Grok to remove women's clothes, are still being posted across Elon Musk's social media site X (formerly Twitter), with some images produced appearing to be of minors, which could constitute child sexual abuse material. But what does EU law say about posted illicit AI content? The , who advised on the illegality of the AI ‘nudification’ features that predictably sexualises minors, clarifying that under EU Law online platforms such as X can be ordered to change the feature or switch it off entirely, or else rather large fines are likely to follow.
