The Welcome to 欧美高清 survey runs twice a year. Once a few weeks after the start of semester one to survey students starting in September and again a few weeks into semester two, to survey students starting in January. The questions on the Welcome survey include: what are your views on communications at 欧美高清; what are your main concerns before and after starting at 欧美高清; how well are you settling in; and your views on the Strath Union. We also ask you what advice you would give to other new students! The survey is short and is typically completed in around 5 mins.

The survey is open to everyone starting at 欧美高清 - undergraduate students, postgraduate taught students and postgraduate research students! We want to make sure that all our new students have the support they need at the start of their course.
Once the survey opens, you will receive an email invitation and reminders to your 欧美高清 email address, asking you to complete the survey. You can also check out for any live surveys open to you!
We will be running a prize draw during the survey as an extra thank you for participating!
All information from the survey can be accessed by staff in Education Enhancement. Education Insight reads and analyses all the survey responses and writes aggregate reports. Aggregations have to meet a minimum number of responses by aggregate group (e.g. by department or course) before being published. These are then sent to University management, committees, Heads of Department, Strath Union and other Professional Services staff. All free text comments are redacted, to prevent individuals being identified, and are then sent to Heads of Department.
Decisions can then be made on how to further develop the support students receive at the start of their course, based on data provided by you!
