- As the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss grow in severity and scope, in this session pilots a method to map how a cityscape (in this instance Paris's 14th Arrondissement) is being affect. This observational method is based around participants walking the boulevards, streets and parks seeking evidence of climate change: its impacts, mitigations, adaptations and causes. Recording data through participatory photography and written notes, the photographs will be combined to produce an annotated photomontage. Feedback on the instructions and method will be collected and feed forward into a project 'Adaptation, resilience, change and continuity: mobilising local knowledge of past and present to chart paths through changed and changing environments' currently under review replying to the NERC 'Maximising UK adaptation to climate change research projects' call.
