Ciara is a Knowledge Exchange Associate at the Fraser of Allander Institute. Her main area of focus is macroeconomic and fiscal analysis.
听
She has recently completed a secondment to the Scottish Fiscal Commission, where she worked as an Economic and Fiscal Analyst in the economy team
forecasting macroeconomic conditions.
听
Ciara holds an MSc in Applied Economics (Distinction) and a first-class BA Honour鈥檚 degree in Economics and Finance (with International Study), both from the University of 欧美高清.
