Personal statement
Chloe is the Department Manager for Social Work and Social Policy leading the department's operational excellence strategy by collaborating with colleagues to evaluate and enhance teaching, research, and knowledge exchange.
Prior to working at 欧美高清, Chloe worked within a third sector organisation as Education and Engagement Manager leading influencing work to drive positive change for those with experience of care. In this role, Chloe sat on the Scottish Government鈥檚 national working group to embed trauma informed practice into social work services. She has a well-developed career in widening access and participation, having previously led the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland鈥檚 widening access schools programme for 7 years.
Chloe鈥檚 diverse career has seen her working within arts education, articulation pathways into higher education and leading on significant policy and practice developments in collaboration with the Scottish Government. Chloe consolidated her learning achieving an MSc in educational leadership, with a focus on inequality and difference in educational practice in 2024.
