I am the class leader for the MSc in Clinical Health Psychology 'Dissertation Class' and the 'Psychology of Physical Activity' Class (Level 4). I contribute to the 'Health Psychology Related to Medical Conditions' Class (MSc in Clinical Health Psychology) and the 'Introduction to Research Design and Analysis' Class (Level 2). I am available to supervise research projects.聽

Research Interests

My research has a broad interdisciplinary social science focus, bringing together behavioural and psychological theory with broader social and public health perspectives. I am predominantly interested in developing and evaluating health behaviour change interventions, utilising novel settings, technologies and approaches to reach typically underserved and minoritised populations. My current work focuses mainly on the promotion of health behaviours (e.g. physical activity) and improving mental health and wellbeing. I am particularly interested in research investigating how nature exposure and nature-based interventions influence health and wellbeing.聽聽
