Glasgow City Innovation District has announced the rebranding of its flagship technology event, formerly the award-winning Glasgow Tech Fest, now to .
Established in 2022, Glasgow Tech Fest quickly became the prominent technology event in the city, expanding its focus beyond the tech sector to engage a wide range of businesses and industries.
Fusion Fest aims to broaden this reach even further by including Glasgow鈥檚 tech, digital, creative and innovative communities.
Networking opportunities
The accessible event provides talks, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for all members of Glasgow鈥檚 business and innovation community. It will continue to support opportunities for networking, learning, and professional development, offering actionable insights and thought-provoking sessions.
Previous speakers have included The Gadget Show鈥檚 Jason Bradbury, BBC Sky at Night鈥檚 Dame Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock, and prominent Scottish entrepreneurs such as Oli Norman, Andrew Dobbie, and Janice Kirkpatrick.
It will be the headline event of Glasgow Tech Week 2025, scheduled from 26 to 31 May 2025, with Fusion Fest itself taking place on Thursday, 29 May.
